Lori has worked on various large-scale projects throughout New York. Since joining the firm in 2012, Lori has contributed her detail-oriented project management style, technical knowledge, and client liaison skills to lead some of the most complex projects in the firm’s history.

With over twenty years of experience in architecture and design, Lori brings keen perspective and insight to each project she is involved in. Having full comprehension of what contributes to a project’s success, she effectively assembles a strong design team and diligently collaborates with clients and consultants through all phases of projects. Her strong commitment to a client and a project as well as a willingness to mentor have been recognized as her strengths.

Since joining BMA Architects in 2016, Matthew is committed to the creation and development of exemplary architecture. He has managed overseeing and guiding various design teams from project conception through the schematic, design development and construction phases leading to multiple award-winning works.

He has served as the Vice President of AIA Peconic and sits annually with other industry leaders on the Architizer A+ Awards Jury.

Having studied throughout the United States, Argentina, and the Netherlands prior to receiving his master's in architecture, Matthew draws from his travel experiences to influence his work and has become an integral link between the Hamptons and Miami.

With over a decade of experience, Jonathan is an integral part of the BMA production team. His organizational skills are a strong asset in the assembly, coordination, and production of construction documents. Jonathan is well-versed in the intricacies of documenting and constructing complex projects, often with multiple phases and schedule and site constraints. Jonathan received his Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

For over 10 years at BMA, Ryan has contributed to the success of a number of projects while wearing many hats. He’s collaborated on design work, built architectural models, assembled full sets of construction documents, and logged countless hours on site. Now as Technical Director he’s dedicated to helping others develop their skills, draft quality drawings, and learn about construction. Even with this focus on production, Ryan honors his artistic background and Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan by lending a creative perspective to everything he touches.

Billy has over twenty years of experience in the architecture and design sector. He provides a sounding board, guidance, and mentorship to all staff with a focus on project management and design. As Senior Advisor, Billy oversees the day-to-day coordination of projects, which includes direct client contact, progress reports, scheduling, weekly budget reviews, and supervision of work in progress. Serving as a liaison between staff and partners, Billy’s skills in communication and collaboration have guided our team through various successful projects.

As the Director of Interiors, Ernesto brings over twenty years of experience to the team, having worked on luxury custom homes, high-end hospitality projects, and luxury condominiums. His design vision and critical problem-solving skills have been instrumental in delivering award-winning projects recognized for their design excellence.

A graduate of Parsons School of Design at The New School in New York City, Ernesto's discerning eye and collaborative approach ensures a seamless design process, resulting in unique design solutions and captivating experiences.

With Ernesto's leadership, BMA is well-positioned to offer complete design services under one roof: architecture, interior architecture, and furnishings.

Gabriel, a seasoned architect with a rich international background, leads BMA's Wynwood office as the Director of Miami Operations.

A graduate of the University of Los Andes School of Architecture in Bogotá, Colombia, Gabriel earned a Master's degree from the Eduardo Torroja Institute in Madrid, Spain. At 26, Gabriel won a public competition to design a library in Colombia in 2005 and has since completed projects totaling over 1.2 million square feet, earning him prestigious awards such as "Premio Obras Cemex Colombia 2014." He also taught at Los Andes University in Bogotá and participated in events by the Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos Regional Bogotá.
